The new car prices posted online are supplied by our dealers based on the terms we have agreed with them. We always endeavour to update the listings as soon as we are aware of any change regarding prices as it is paramount to us for our customers to browse confidently.

A recent addition to our services is that we can now offer Tax free vehicles to members of the Diplomatic community, HM Forces; Royal Navy, Royal Airforce and the Army at fantastic rates. Please call us for more details.

Procedure & Customer Fees:

Many of our customers live very busy lifestyles therefore aside from the standard telephone and email correspondence we are also able to communicate by Fax, Text or even Skype. Please let us know your preference as we do not wish to be a burden at inconvenient times.

Once you have submitted your enquiry with iCar you will be contacted by a member of our sales team to discuss your requirements (and any extras, Finance, Part Exchange etc.)

When we have all the information we require from you our brokers will source the vehicle to your exact specification and then contact you with the results.(Be aware there may be delays on factory orders). Only when you are completely satisfied with the selected vehicle will we suggest going forward.

The next stage of the process is when we pass your business to the selected dealer to secure the sale. It is at this point you will be invoiced by iCar. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for this payment for two reasons; Firstly, the nature of car buying can become a very lengthy process and our staff work very hard to ensure you get the best deal possible. Once you have agreed to go forward we consider our service to you to be complete.

Secondly, we have developed good working relationships with our suppliers which is mainly due to the strength of the business we put forward. Therefore, should you simply change your mind regarding the purchase of your vehicle beyond iCar introducing the deal, we will not be able to refund your fee. With this in mind, when you are connected to the dealer please make sure that you are a serious buyer and ultimately committed to the purchase or you may be wasting money.

It is through this process we are able to offer consistently low prices and secure future terms with new suppliers.

Please be aware our fees are allocated based on the make and model of the vehicle you wish to purchase. You will not be charged for simply making an enquiry, but should you choose to go forward you will be made well aware of your fee prior to connecting you to the appropriate dealer. (email confirmation will be provided).

Of course, if for any reason the dealer does not supply you with the exact vehicle matching your precise specification requirements, you will be entitled to a full refund of your iCar introduction fee.
